I'm at the LocaltoLudlow market today. I have my newly framed ' Woodcocks ' with me today in it's beautiful oak frame. It's difficult to take a good picture through glass so I've got a photo of it unframed too. It's a bit chilly but we do have sunshine. I'll be here until 2pm 🤗

Well it's definitely hard to imagine those 40 degree temperatures back in France and Italy this Summer on days like these! It's lovely and cosy in Made at No.16 on this rainy October day though 🤗 Our twinkly lights went up for our first Christmas but we loved them so much that they've stayed ever since 💞
So far today I've been busy making up Christmas card packs ( unbelievably the 15 or so I had, have already sold!)
I've also been adding some colour to my drawings in my nature journal and finishing entries from our little break away to the Dorset coast last week ⛵🌊
Pop in and say hello if you are in Ludlow today. There are lots of new treats to find. I love the new velvet lampshades by Thistle & Thread and Garry Jones little 'wood mice' tiles. I love the fact that every time I come in there's always something new to see.

We've had a great couple of days exploring the historic dockyards at Portsmouth. We saw all the famous stuff, the Mary Rose, the Victory, HMS Warrior, the museums and the submarines ☺️
I loved this shot of the harbour as the sun was setting. I also enjoyed seeing all the painted figure heads and the collection of automated coin operated diaramas ( just a couple here) A young herring gull was happy to be photographed too 💞
I'll be hitting the ground running when I get home. Find me manning .16 on Tuesday and at the market on Thursday. Then this weekend I'll be at the
Engine Shed in Highley for their Christmas Gift Fayre ( yup I've said that C word!). I've also reopened my online Folksy shop.

National Trust Brownsea Island is a gem 💞 we took a trip over there yesterday. A true wildlife haven. We saw so many wading birds, including many avocets. We also saw red squirrels who are thriving on the island and lots and lots of dragonflies. We didn't get to see the sika deer but I did spot a seal in Poole harbour on the way over. I'm busy getting organised for a busy weekend at Tenbury Applefest and the The Fold . I've mounted a few extra prints and I've framed up this little trio of Autumn prints 🍁 I always thought they'd look great together but this is the first time I've actually put them all together in matching frames. We have my 'Autumn Hedgehog ' ' Woodland Shrew' and ' Apples for Breakfast ' 🍏 They'll all be coming along with me this weekend 😊 Which is your favourite?
