I havent done any fairs since 2020 due to health, I have continued to make crafts and sell them online.

All of my Xmas stock will be half the price I sel itl on Ebay, and everyday stock will be upto half price.

Tray bake part 3
Using the 2nd speed veggies tray bake for my tea.

American Style Pancakes

40g Ready Brek (blitzed) 1 Hex Fiber
Stevia Drops**
3 tbsp fat free greek yogurt
2 Eggs
3/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Bicarb of Soda
Flavouring if wanted

**or sweetener of your choice, swip if need be

*Mix everything together well.
*Let stand for 10 mins.
*If using a 4 slot pan, divide mixture equally, or drop mixture onto a frying pan.
*Cover with lid and when you see some bubbling, turn them over and cook other side.
*Serve with f/f naturalyogurt and fruit and a tbsp of coulis. (swip)

PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE
* 120g fat free natural greek yogurt.
* 2 tbsp smooth 100% peanut butter. ( 2 Hex)
* 1 tsp honey (1 Swip)

Mix everything together and place in moulds of choice.
Put in the freeze until frozen.
Eat and enjoy.

** you may want to add a few stevia drops or another tsp of honey, if you like it sweeter.
