Really looking forward to this slow stitching class starting next Friday at Maghera Heritage & Cultural Centre❤️

Why not join us 😊 🧵 🪡

Learn the joy of slow stitching, with Marion Coupe in our 4 week class, starting next Friday 4th September from 10:30-12:30pm.

Did you know, slow stitching can act as a form of mindful meditation, allowing you to lower stress and practice grounding as you focus entirely on the rhythmic, repetitive motion of the needle and thread.

Places are limited so please get in touch ASAP to reserve your spot, via Facebook messenger or email us at [email protected].
