I’ve been decoupaging on these little slate signs using rice paper. They were painted with two layers of white paint first, the picture was then decoupaged on, 4 layers of varnish were gradually added, and the cord/ribbon was attached.
I’m selling these for £4 each plus postage or they are on Vinted too.
