🍂 What’s the verdict?

I’m always torn between being an Autumn or a Spring girl!

Both seasons bring such beautiful colours in nature and I think my indecision comes from the fact that my personal colour palette takes inspiration from both. I adore the rich reds, burnt oranges and earthy tones of Autumn, but I’m equally drawn to the fresh, vibrant, clean colours of Spring. 🌷

✨ A wedding that came full circle ✨

Sharna & Will 🤍

There was something extra special about creating the flowers for this beautiful September wedding at Broome Park Hotel in Canterbury.

Sharna’s mum was one of my previous brides and Sharna had always said that if she ever got married, she’d want the same florist as her mum. 🥹🤍 So to be chosen to create the flowers for her own wedding years later was such a special moment for me.

The brief was classic, timeless and beautifully understated — crisp white roses, delicate gypsophila and fresh green foliage, creating a minimalist, elegant look that complemented the Italian Gardens perfectly.

On a beautifully blowy September day, Sharna & Will said “I do” outside in the Italian Gardens, before heading into the marquee to celebrate with their friends and family and party the night away.

And there’s an extra little chapter to this love story…💙

Congratulations, Sharna & Will. It was such a privilege to be part of your day, and I’m already looking forward to seeing this next beautiful chapter unfold. 🌿🤍

That time of year is creeping up on us once again, and the shops are starting to fill with pumpkin novelty everything. I’ve even spied tubs of Quality Street piled high in the supermarkets already, so that can only mean one thing… the ‘ber months have arrived!

With Autumn and Christmas on their way, I’m starting to plan my workshops for the coming months and wanted to find out if you’d be interested in joining me.

If you’d like to attend an Autumn or Christmas workshop this year, please register your interest using the link below. This will help me gauge numbers and plan the workshops accordingly.

Following the lovely feedback from my last few workshops, each session will continue to be kept small and personal, with no more than 8 guests. And, to make things as easy as possible, all the materials you need will be beautifully prepared and presented in your own individual basket, so everything you need will be right there beside you throughout the workshop.

There’s no commitment to book at this stage — I’m simply looking to see what interest there is before I finalise the dates and workshops.

One year ago today, we were creating flowers for Jack & Jessica’s incredible wedding at Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve & it’s still one of those designs I think about often.

Jessica chose the most beautiful sunset-inspired colour palette - warm peaches, soft apricots, golden yellows, coral tones & pops of vibrant summer blooms. It felt like capturing golden hour in floral form.

One of my favourite details was the ceremony design. Rather than a traditional arrangement, we created a floral meadow that looked as though it was naturally growing from the ground, framing the ceremony table with movement, texture & a beautifully organic feel.

It’s always such a privilege to take an idea from a conversation & transform it into something that becomes part of a couple’s memories forever. Looking back at this day reminds me why I love what I do.
