Fascinating visit to the Rory Young House in Cirencester yesterday. This newly formed charity aims to open Rory's House and to develop a programme of activities.

Famously not famous, he created the sculptures including the West Door of York Minster and the Seven Martyrs in St Albans Cathedral.

A big fundraising campaign is underway and if you're a philanthropist you can find out how to support them on the Rory Young House website (also if you're a philanthropist, Caerbladon is a not for profit CIC 😁)

Our summer workshops for ages 13-18 started yesterday, responding to Mareyam's degree show house. Mareyam designed the house and contents and a story of the family who live there.

Workshops are on Wednesdays throughout August with a couple of spaces still available. At the end of the summer we will display the work at the John Bowen Gallery.
