Last weekend we took ourselves off to trade at Stretford Public Hall Art & Crafts Fair 🥰
Not only were the staff and Volunteers so warm and inviting, the traders we were alongside were soooo bloody kind too. It was such a beautiful space and I'm so grateful we got the opportunity to be part of the day ❤️
Stretford has a place in my heart, as I spent many of my childhood days at my Nana Lillie's house, sleepovers, spending the day, cooking dinners, running around the garden, playing out with the other children on the streets, all on the street directly behind the Public Hall 🥰 not only that but my dad also grew up in the same house with his 5 brothers, so it felt so homely to be so close to such a big part of my life ❤️
I took myself off for a moment in the day to go and see my Nana's old house, as she is no longer with us, bless her. It was nice to see a piece of memory still alive but also a feeling of sadness with it looking different and it "just not being the same"
Thank you Stretford Public Hall for hosting us and hopefully we'll be back in November 🥰🙏
