My cousin asked if I could crochet a cat similar to his own and I jumped at the chance.

I found a lovely pattern by and set to work. I adapted the colours to match my cousins cat and am pleased with the outcome.

Taking part in a Classic Cable Crochet Along to try some new stitches.
First pattern, the Celtic Weave Basket made 🙌🏻 I used a variegated yarn, don't think it shows the design as much as singular colour but pleased with my first attempt at Celtic weave.
Also gained a new skill of turning 1 strand of yarn into 3 strand thickness! Felt like a magician 🪄
