Ensuite bathroom 2 of 2, this is in the master bedroom, same porcelain wall tiles but with the same tile in black for the floor and feature, new Velux window fitted and a concealed door to the service space in the eaves. The pictures really don't do this room justice, it's stunning to the eye. Needless to say, a very happy customer 😁

Loft conversion designed and built by us recently, this is a relatively new house that had a trussed roof design (as most new builds have). This is the best way to create space in your home, as it’s already there! You also maintain the existing land around your property making it the best way to maximise future value. We took the hallway off the original master bedroom to create a landing to the new stairs and put a window on the first floor landing for light. We’ve fitted a new en-suite in the loft too. The client decorated it rather nice once we’d finished the project😃

Same road/street as the last post featuring the same facing brick. The bricks are matched professionally to give the best result, obviously it’s difficult to make a brick look aged but this is a very good match, the new brick will look even better in a few years. Double storey extension with valley roof joining existing roof. extension compromises of a new dining room, utility room, new master bedroom with en-suite bathroom upstairs.

A house that we refurbished in 2020 is up for sale! Located in Heaton Chapel, a very nice 30's semi, with a downstairs kitchen extension, bi folds, and a 'traditional' bathroom installation. Underfloor heating to kitchen and bathroom. We kept all the traditional panelling intact across blocked doorways and fitted 30's style oak vaneer doors throughout, located in a very desirable area, it won't be on the market for long👌🏻

Coming along nicely now, Velux Integra roof windows fitted, tiles will follow. Internal work has started, I'll follow up...
