A massive thank you to Andy and Janice for such a lovely card and incredibly generous gift. 🥹❤️

I worked for these lovely people a few months ago, and as I’m currently working on one of their neighbours’ houses, I popped over to say hello and was completely touched by this lovely surprise.

It’s things like this that remind me how lucky I am to do what I do. It’s never just about painting and decorating; it’s about the lovely people you meet along the way and the relationships you build. 🏡❤️

Spent the weekend in Manchester fixing an elderly lady's home up, after being left like this for a whole and having a bad experiences with a number of trades people, I came to the rescue. So happy I was able to help and so grateful for the words.

Only wallpaper completed by myself and bottom half painted ( still wet ) and dado. I've still a small bit left at the bottom of the hallway when I go back next week before I move as we ran out of of wallpaper, I'll also be doing a few more odd jobs to fill the day.

I think I've not only done my job as a painter and decorator but changed her mind that we are not all the same 👑

So lovely to also receive a card for myself and my wife for our new house.. I'm such a sentimental person so cards and words mean the world to me.

This fixing up job was no big deal to me, yes I didn't really have the spare time, yes I've left myself tired for the week ahead however knowing I've made a massive difference to someone's life by just doing my job is worth every bit of extra tiredness 😃

Honestly, I am **SICK TO DEATH of walking into jobs that have been done incorrectly.** 😤🎨

My hands are absolutely battered at the minute from putting right other people's work, and I swear every job I walk into lately seems to be another disaster waiting to be uncovered.

But here's the thing… I’m working on doors for an elderly lady at the minute, and there is absolutely NO WAY on this earth I’m leaving them anything less than right. My hands can be battered, my patience can be wearing thin, and I can be absolutely fed up, but I will not compromise on the quality of my work.

Why? Because I genuinely care about what I do. I care about my customers, I care about the finish, and I care about being able to walk away from a job knowing I've done it properly. Cutting corners just isn't in my DNA.

**Painting and decorating isn't just slapping a bit of paint on a surface and hoping for the best.** Preparation matters. The correct products matter. The finish matters.

And if you're paying a professional, you should be getting professional work.

Rant over. Back to fixing another mess, because apparently that's my full-time job these days. 🤦‍♀️😂

📣 BIG NEWS — PRESTIGE FEMALE PAINTING & DECORATING IS MOVING TO NOTTINGHAM! 🏡🎨

Friday 23rd October is officially moving day! 🚚🔑

Although I’ll be making the move to Nottingham on Friday, I’ll be travelling back down on Sunday to complete a final week’s worth of work for my existing clients.

From Sunday 1st November, I’ll officially be based in Nottingham and ready to start building my business in a new area! ❤️

I’m now welcoming new clients across Nottingham and the surrounding areas and looking forward to building my portfolio and reputation locally.

📅 Availability for new jobs: Monday 23rd November onwards! ( Normally a 6/8 month wait list in my current area )
