We levelled the subfloor throughout with a liquid dom applied between layers
(the blue stuff)

We also used the same flooring to clad the fire place and made simple media wall..

This Laminate floor was fitted in 3 visits, each time rather than use threshold strips we lifted part of the floor so it flowed as one… first was the lounge, then hall and finally on the third visit we fitted the kitchen.
