Just wanted to have a final rant about the pre-Christmas Royal Mail debarcle I posted about last week and have had to stress over throughout the festive period (thanks for that Royal Mail).
Anyway... be reassured folks that if Royal Mail mess up, they will eventually compensate you...however this will not be via your bank account, it will be in 1st class stamps! 🥳 Honestly its a joke 🤡
I now have several books of them, which are of no use to me and (no surprise), the customers who needed refunds, preferred monetary refunds, not stamps, so guess who's had to refund them anyway. 😢😡

Thankfully there are still some nice folk around. Last week I had four customers reach out to me due to problems with Royal Mail either not delivering their orders at all or, delivering them late, without any postage labels attached, meaning they had to pay again for the postage plus an admin fee to be able to retrieve their parcels from the sorting offices.
After a nightmare of a week when I was starting to wonder if this was all worth it anymore, I have just received this feedback from one of those poor customers. This has totally lifted my spirits and faith in humans. Thank you Gérard in Befast ❤️

I have just been informed by Etsy that I am no longer able to sell rue and they have deactivated it from my listings. Unfortunately, Etsy follows U.S. laws, where rue is prohibited from selling, apparently.

Two more beautiful baubles to add to the collection. These are quite large at 16.5 cm in length and 16cm diameter. They also have a good sized hoop, so would look good hanging on tinsel.
