Let’s make plum cake

Ingredients used

For caramel syrup
Sugar 1 cup
Water 1/2 cup

Butter 200 gm
Sugar powdered 1 cup with cinnamon , clove, nutmeg,cardamom 1/4 tsp each
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Egg 3
Salt a pinch

Maida 200 gm
Baking powder 1 tsp
Dry fruits soaked 1 cup

7 inch baking tin

160 to 170 degrees for an hour
