🦋 “Love is like a butterfly, as soft and gentle as a sigh...” 🦋

Introducing my new handmade chandelier earring collection! My little tribute to the wonderful Dolly Parton who we've just sadly lost. Such an inspiration 💗 For those of a certain age like myself, it might bring back happy memories of the lovely sitcom Butterflies starring Wendy Craig, where this beautiful song was the theme tune. 💕

These earrings are completely handmade by me with intricate silver-plated wirework and feature three cascading drops of stunning iridescent glass beads that shift in the light. They come in Black, Pink, Green, and Pale Blue, beautifully displayed on a custom-designed 300gsm butterfly backing card.

A Treasured Piece Reimagined 💗

I am always deeply touched and honoured when I'm asked to breathe new life into a piece of sentimental jewellery—something beautifully worn by time, but just needing a little facelift ⏳

✨I have dismantled a special ladies piece and turned it into a brand-new, three-piece set I call the "Spec Spot"! 👓💗
The Magic Feature: The hoop in the necklace securely holds your glasses, keeping them safe, scratch-free, and right where you need them.
Each individual link has been intricately handmade using silver-plated 0.8mm wire. I always say the back of a piece is just as important as the front, so I’ve finished the necklace with an adjustable extender chain tipped with the tiny seed beads.from the original piece. The Final Touch: It is presented on a custom, quality 300gsm display card, personalized with words that recognize both the history of the old piece and the beauty of the new ☺️

Our jewellery is precious, and so are our memories. Updating a family piece lets you keep your memories close to your heart every single day 🥰

I’ve been making beaded hoops 🥰 I really enjoy making these. There’s something therapeutic about the process and the matching of the colours ☺️

I’m just posting another duel purpose jewellery piece, my Spec-Spot. This set is Kambaba Jasper. The glasses hoop has forever in my heart 💗and a little heart detail inside the hoop 💗
8mm Kambaba stones in the necklace and 10mm stones in the earrings.
It’s about 60 cm long with an extender. All handmade silver plated links in the beaded part of necklace 🔗

Wishing you all a very happy Thursday 😊

I’m just sharing a piece of my dual purpose jewellery. I call this the “Spec Spot”. As a glasses wearer of over 20 years I’m always fishing around in my bag to change my glasses especially with this sunny weather, going from outside to inside. So I starting making myself necklaces (and matching earrings 😉) with a hoops to hang my glasses on. And now I have a set to match all my outfits haha 😅
