If you want to build your crochet confidence this two week course is perfect for you.

You'll increase your skills with crocheting in the round & in flat rows and with changing colours. Plus, you'll leave the course with some practical items, handmade by you, and a book full of patterns for you to create more.

The course will be taught by Clare aka Crafty Pink Giraffe on Tuesday 8th & 15th September from 6:30 - 8:30pm and will be held at Mimi's Cafe.

Always wanted to learn to crochet but wondered if you could get the hang of it? Watched a bunch of you tube videos but still can't figure it out? If so, our crochet taster session is perfect for you.

You will learn some basic crochet stitches, in a relaxed and fun environment. By the end of the session will have made a daisy chain.

The course is taught by Clare aka Crafty Pink Giraffe and she will provide all tools and materials. Booking is essential - more info in the events section of the Wool Zone website (link in bio)

I recently cast off this: the pattern is Solar Flares, a free pattern by Drops Design. I made it using one Crazy Zauberball by Schoppelwolle. The colour I used is Boygroup, but there are so many shades to choose from.

Yes, it’s still boiling outside but winter makes take time ⏳🧶

I recently completed this gorgeous squishy cowl - it uses one skein of Malabrigo Rasta, a super chunky 100% Merino wool.

The pattern is a free download on Ravelry - the Rasta Fasta Cowl designed by Monika of Knitted Wishes

Rasta is on clearance in the shop and on the website, making way for a new super chunky yarn. It’s reduced from £19.50 to £14.50, so it’s a perfect time to buy a skein and make one for yourself or as a seasonal gift.
