On Saturday 29th August, we had our very own take on the famous 'King of the Mountains' polka dot jersey at our pop-up event, with a little Choowee Cookie Company twist! ❤️🤍

These are just some of the brilliant cyclists who conquered the Nettleton Hill/Claxby Hill challenge and earned themselves a FREE 'King of the Mountains' cookie - a delicious white chocolate and cranberry, inspired by the iconic red and white jersey polka dot jersey 🚴

And what better time to share a few of our cycling heroes than today, as the Tour of Britain makes its way through the Lincolnshire Wolds. 🇬🇧 Good luck to everyone riding today; enjoy the stunning Lincolnshire Wolds (and the hills!) 🚵🏼

A huge well done to everyone who took on 'King of the Mountains - Nettleton Top style' with us recently too - we hope you enjoyed every crumb of your cookie 🍪

Simple ingredients. Handmade from start to finish 🤎🍪

Available in this week’s Baked With Love box, our Caramel Shortbread Cookie starts with a layer of our vanilla cookie dough, made using Madagascan Vanilla Purée, topped with a buttery shortbread round. All made completely by hand using just a few simple ingredients.

Then comes a layer of our handmade caramel, followed by more vanilla cookie dough, another generous layer of caramel and, because you can never have too much of a good thing, a sprinkle of shortbread crumble on top. 🤤

From the vanilla cookie dough to the shortbread and caramel, every part is handmade by us, using simple, natural ingredients with no preservatives.

Nothing complicated. Just really good ingredients, made properly 🫶🏼

We hate to wish the summer away, but we are super excited to host our popular Pumpkin Event in just 45 days 🎃☕🍁🍂🍪

We’ve been running this event for a few years now, and honestly, it’s one of our favourite days of the year. It’s a proper relaxed, fun day out for the whole family, with plenty to keep everyone entertained (and plenty of excuses to eat cookies, obviously 😉).

There’ll be a pumpkin trail, glitter tattoos, colouring, garden games, and you can buy your very own pumpkin, all grown right here at Nettleton Top. And, of course, we’ll be there with plenty of cookies and coffee to keep you going, while MELTY will be back serving up their ridiculously good cheese toasties!

So basically… pumpkins, cookies, coffee, cheese toasties and a load of family fun. Sounds like a pretty good day to us! 🍪🎃
