Planning permission granted for a 2 storey side and rear extension to provide larger living and dining spaces at ground floor and additional bedrooms to first floor.

This was a project to find a contemporary solution of linking a disconnected kitchen with the dining space in a grand Victorian semi detached property.

The wall was removed to open the spaces up. We then used the kitchen counter and step in the floor level to integrate with a window seat which wrapped into the dining room.
