𝐀 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 🦁🧡
Behind every successful project is a team of hardworking individuals, each bringing their own skills, experience and dedication to the job.🏗️
Today, we're shining a spotlight on three of our own as work continues on one of our prestigious projects… let’s take a look inside the building🔎💡
First up is 𝑹𝒊𝒍𝒆𝒚, our 𝐖𝐂𝐒 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞, who is now entering the final months of his apprenticeship. Today marks a particularly proud milestone as he independently installs his very first kitchen on the third floor! 👏
💬 𝐈𝐧 𝐑𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐲'𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬:
"It's been hard work, but I've learnt so much throughout my apprenticeship. Today is my first time fitting a kitchen independently, and I'm genuinely so proud of myself. I'm grateful to be working on such prestigious projects and for the opportunities WCS Interiors has given me."
Then there's 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐤, who has played an important role in supporting and mentoring Riley throughout his journey. While Riley takes on the third floor kitchen, Mick is busy installing another on the second floor. A brilliant example of experienced tradespeople passing on their knowledge and helping the next generation develop their confidence and skills.
And finally, 𝐚 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐥, the heart of WCS. ❤️
Always willing to lend a hand, get stuck in and support those around him, Mal represents everything we value about our team. No job is too big or too small, and his willingness to help others never goes unnoticed.
At WCS Interiors, teamwork isn't just something we talk about. It's something we demonstrate on site every single day.
From apprentices finding their feet to experienced tradespeople sharing decades of knowledge, it's the people behind our projects who make WCS what it is today. 👏
Proud of our lads. Proud of the progress. And even prouder of the team spirit that brings it all together. 💫
