🌼✨ Festival Headband DIY ✨🌼

One of the easiest pieces in our Summer Window is actually the flower headband!

No fancy tools, no complicated techniques… just:

🌼 A plain headband
🌼 Daisy garlands
🔥 A hot glue gun and glue sticks

We simply cut the daisies from the garland, arranged them around the headband until we were happy with the layout, then glued them into place. That’s it!

It’s a great project for:
✨ Festivals
✨ Parties
✨ Fancy dress
✨ Hen dos
✨ Summer events
✨ Adding a bit of flower-power to your day

The best part? Everything you need to make one is available at M24 Arts, and you can customise it with different flowers and colours to suit your style.

Who else remembers making daisy chains as a child? This is the grown-up version! 🌼💕

Sunny Saturdays are fast becoming a favourite day!

I am at M24 Arts & Crafts Middleton today for an absolute beginner class. Just the 1 today and then sunshine!

Hope you enjoy your day in the sun. Don't want to be negative but its fue to rain all next week!

🧶✨ From Doily to Festival Mandala ✨🧶

One of my favourite things about creating window displays is finding new ways to use traditional crafts.

These festival-inspired mandalas started life as a vintage crochet doily pattern, worked up in crochet cotton and stretched into wooden hoops. I then added beads and feathers to create that boho festival feel. 🌼🪶
