Retirement living… but not as you know it. ✨

What a fantastic way to end the week as we embarked on the installation of our latest project for Rooftop Housing Group, helping bring their incredible new retirement village in Worcestershire to life.

It’s been such a pleasure collaborating with the Rooftop team over the past couple of months, developing an interior scheme that proves retirement living can be every bit as stylish, aspirational and beautifully considered as any other chapter of life.

First to take shape is the show apartment, a warm, sophisticated and inviting home designed to inspire future residents and showcase just how fabulous later living can look.

And this is only the beginning…

We can’t wait to see the rest of this beautiful development come together, from the thoughtfully designed in house workspaces, collaboration space and residents lounge to the communal gardens, all created with community, comfort and contemporary living at their heart.

Retirement might mean slowing down a little… but your interiors certainly don’t have to. 😉

A wonderful project, a brilliant collaboration, and one we’re incredibly proud to be part of.

Creating spaces designed for living beautifully, at every stage of life.

Designed to inspire. Styled to feel like home.

We’re delighted to share a closer look at our showhome for Livv Housing Group at Wilderspool, where our brief was to create an interior that allows prospective buyers to immediately imagine a life within this beautiful new development.

With wonderfully spacious, light-filled apartments as our starting point, we introduced a scheme that feels fresh, contemporary and effortlessly inviting. A calming neutral palette is punctuated with confident navy detailing, expressive pattern, sculptural furniture and layers of tactile texture, giving the apartment its own distinctive personality whilst allowing the sense of space and natural light to shine.

From statement wallcoverings and beautifully made window treatments to considered lighting, furniture, accessories and those all-important finishing touches, every element has been curated to create a complete lifestyle rather than simply furnish a space.

For us, a successful showhome should do more than showcase a space. It should create an emotional connection, inspire ideas and give buyers that unmistakable feeling of “I could live here.”

A beautiful development, beautiful apartments and a scheme we’ve loved bringing to life for Livv Housing Group at Wilderspool.

✨ A PROJECT WITH PURPOSE | FOYER LOCK 20, WIGAN ✨

We don’t have favourite projects, every scheme we’re entrusted with is unique and special to us. But every so often, a project comes along that leaves a lasting impression, and this will undoubtedly be one of them.

We feel an immense sense of pride and gratitude to have collaborated with Your Housing Group on the interiors for their world-leading Foyer Lock 20, in the heart of Wigan.

This project was about so much more than creating beautiful spaces. At its heart, Foyer Lock 20 is about young people, opportunity and possibility, providing a supportive, inspiring environment where young residents can build confidence, independence and look towards their futures with ambition and hope.

It was also a pleasure to collaborate once again with the talented mural artist Flarris bringing our bespoke mural visions to life within the residents lounge and gym, creating unique artwork designed to captivate and inspire.

What Your Housing Group has created is truly extraordinary, and we cannot wait to hear the stories, achievements and lives transformed within these walls.

Thank you for trusting TFI to play a part in something so meaningful. An incredible project, an unforgettable experience, and one that genuinely meant the world to us. 🤍

Interiors can transform spaces. Places like Foyer Lock 20 can transform lives.

From luxury garden pod to a beautiful oasis of calm… ✨

We’ve loved transforming this incredible garden space for our fabulous private client, creating a luxurious and tranquil setting that will now become a dedicated holistic space for their business.

Designed to feel completely removed from the pace of everyday life, the finished interior brings together a calming palette, beautifully layered textures, luxury furniture and carefully considered details to create an environment that instantly feels serene.

Every element has been chosen to enhance the sense of calm and wellbeing, creating a sophisticated sanctuary where our client can welcome their own clients, work and grow their business from a space that truly reflects their holistic approach.

Nestled within the garden, it feels wonderfully private, peaceful and considered — the perfect balance of luxury, comfort and tranquillity.

A beautiful new chapter for our client and their business, and a project we’ve absolutely loved bringing to life. 🤍
