This customer wanted a 1 plank border around the edge and has chosen to place the skirting boards on after due to decorating.

This tile format isn’t something that is the norm in domestic homes and could challenge herringbone lvt in 2026 😅

Before and after photos from last weeks big Karndean lvt project fitted on a 45 degree angle with a wide boarder.

This customer had previously had the hallway and kitchen fitted in the same design so we was tasked to follow the same pattern into the lounge. A now seamless finish that makes the whole ground floor flow perfectly.

8 meter long landing, no problem 😎 this landing needed a join so we could keep the pile running the correct way. The staircase was fitted from top to bottom ensuring a tight fit.
Condor carpets Sacramento was used on this install as it’s a great carpet for the price point. A very happy customer who was in need of a change in aspley guise.
