Friday again, & this is the first time in a long while since I posted on here! I've been busy these last last few weeks building up my stock for Tenby & creating some beautiful wedding pieces in resin.
I've decided to put all of my markets on the back burner for a while to concentrate on one thing at a time! It's getting to the busy season, well we're in it now for sure & with the weather being so hot 🫠
I actually gave myself the day off today, so I went to play golf for the first time with Ava, who has her own clubs now, she's really so good & I was utterly rubbish at it! Think I must of been a bad omen for Ava as she wasn't happy with her shots! Oooops! 😂 😂
It's coming up to a year of me being a stockist at The Nook Tenby & what a year. I'm just blown away on how well my products are selling there. I owe such a huge thank you to the lovely Kat & John & the team there for giving me this amazing opportunity to be a stockist & excited to continue to be 🤩
We were hoping to go & pay them a visit in July or August but my car needed alot of attention & I had to come up with the funds make that my first priority & other things we've had to face! Maybe October half term if we can!
Resin does not like this heat whatsoever so there's just no point in mixing a batch up, it'll just flash cure then become a lump of poor wasted resin.
I can still be getting along with other things though like prepping my cards & fridge magnets, creating beaches in my dishes & canvase boards. I've just finished my new Porthole pieces and have been trying out new ways to make my job easier & quicker so I'm now getting all of my cards & pocket hugs printed up by the lovely Roz & the team Hoopsyprint 🤩 thank you so much, you're truly a huge huge help & making my life way easier giving me more time to resin. I've trained my hubby up with using my new ACMER Laser Engraver, so I'm not sitting there individually adding the wording to my sell out bottle openers & making up trinket dishes. Summer holidays is approaching next week so I'll be asking for more help from both Ava & Esmée 🤩🤓 this will be my busiest time ☀️
