Looks like the sun is starting to show its face again, we've got a selection of outdoor heating and cooking options available in the showroom.

We have both woodfired and electric pizza ovens starting from £199.

We will have them outside and up and running on nice days so pop in to see them up and running, there's a good chance you will get a slice of pizza too!

Wee stove Wednesday with a recent Saltfire Stoves Ltd Ekol Clarity.

This property is getting a complete renovation so we removed an existing open fire and opened up the fireplace back to the original brick opening. This wasn't in great condition so the inside was lined with fireboard to give it clean, modern look.

The hearth is made to measure riven slate with an upstand to raise it up from the ground.

The flue was lined and the stove installed ready for the customers plasterer to finish off the room.

When was the last time you checked the condition of your chimney stack?

Quite often they are in worse condition when you get up close compared to how they look from the ground.

Our services include repointing and rendering as well as installing cowls and capping unused flues.

We have a drone that we can use to check out chimneys from the ground giving us a good idea of the condition before having to go up with ladders.

Now is good time of year to carry out this work before the winter weather comes and makes things worse, give us a call on 01670 513900 to arrange for someone to pop out and have a look.

Wee stove Wednesday with photos we took on Saturday at a stove trade show.

It was good to see the selection from Salamander Stoves, especially the Little Hobbit Range.
