A 1950's steel framed building, previously a chicken shed, surveyed last week before being upgraded for further use. The roof frames were manufactured in three sections and then bolted. The gable frames had flat head chamferred bolts so they didn't clash with the cladding.
It was all in relatively good condition with only some small sections of delamination where the posts were embedded into the concrete base.
