I honestly can't believe we are in month 9 already. I think September can feel like a bit of a reset so this is your nudge.....

The summer holidays are over, routines are returning and suddenly there’s a little more headspace to think about the things that have been put on hold.

What’s everyone working on this week? 👋

Monday morning and, like most weeks, we’re both heading off in completely different directions…

While one of us is out on site, getting stuck into an exciting garage conversion project, the other is at the Hub catching up on all the very overdue admin. 😬

Finances and coding ✔️
Emails and general sorting of inbox(es)✔️
Project planning ✔️
Marketing… social media… bleugh 😅

It’s not always the glamorous side of running a design (and every other small) business, but there’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes to keep everything moving.

And actually, having the Highland Fox Hub as a place to sit down, focus and get through the jobs that have been hanging around is proving invaluable!

A long overdue hello 👋

All of a sudden, the summer holidays are over, the house is a little quieter and we’ve all got a bit more space to breathe! And, it seems, a few more followers!

Which feels like the perfect time for a long overdue hello from us. 👋

So, if you’re new here, hi! Thanks so much for joining us. And if you’ve been following along for a while, thanks for sticking with us. We’re looking forward to sharing a little more of what we’ve been working on over the next few weeks.

Talking about secondary glazing in the middle of summer might seem a little strange... ☀️ ...but there's never a bad time to think ahead.

One of the things we've been asked about most in the Hub... our blinds! 🤍

We chose day & night blinds from because they give us the best of both worlds. The alternating sheer and opaque panels let us control privacy and light throughout the day, without blocking the natural light or completely losing the view outside.

They're a simple but really effective solution, creating a bright, comfortable workspace while helping to reduce glare when you're working on a screen.

We love them so much, we use them in some spaces at home too.

✨ Hello! Remember us?

It's been a little quiet around here... and for good reason. Many of you will already know (especially if you follow our sister account, Highland Fox Hub, that we've been busy bringing a brand new project to life.

After months of planning, designing and plenty of hard work, Phase 1 of the Highland Fox Hub is finally complete – and we couldn't be happier with how it's turned out.
