The final video doesn’t do the Dru Circo gas stove justice!

This was a recent install for a brand-new extension, completed in two stages: first the gas run and second to complete the stove installation, once the extension was finished. This particular model doesn’t require a chimney as it's a balanced flue fire - ideal for extensions just like this one.

Out with the old, in with the new. 👌

We removed an old inset stove and fitted a Parkray Aspect 4 wood burner into a fresh plain-boarded chamber with a slate hearth and a dark oak non-combustible beam - clean, cosy and classic.

While it may be summer, it's actually one of the better times to book an install - shorter wait times, longer working days and slightly more reliable weather (sometimes) 😅

Job done ✅ The Wildfire Ravel 800 HIW gas fire, complete with limestone slips and a non‑combustible beam.

This one’s a tidy install - the Ravel 800 gives a great flame picture and reliable heat output, while the limestone slips lift the look for a contemporary, natural finish. We finished it off with a non‑combustible beam to meet regs without compromising the customer's style. We're looking forward to seeing the final result once they've finished decorating. 🔥

This week on a job we found some unwanted tennants, but due to their rights we left them be 😂

We were due to fit the correct solid-fuel cowl, but at the moment we’re unable to do so. This is exactly why it’s so important to have the correct terminal - the existing one on this job definitely wasn’t bird-proof!

Yesterday we attended the Trade Stove & Fireplace Professional Show 2026 at Doncaster Racecourse and had a great day catching up with existing and new manufacturers and seeing new product developments first‑hand. Even in the middle of a heatwave we're still installing - if anything, it's the perfect time: shorter wait times, longer workdays, and reliable weather.

Today we removed an old Clear View stove at a customer's request and fitted a Charlton & Jenrick Ltd 750 deep electric fire for a simpler, sleeker option. How smart does the after look with the Cordosa slips and matching hearth! ☀️
