Can we all just take a moment and appreciate the fact that we all have days that just can not be described as anything other than a s**t show? 💩

I mean, it was one of those days where nothing seemed to go right and everything that could go wrong did go wrong! But hey, we've all been there, right? And that's why we're here, to commiserate and maybe even find some humor in the chaos! 😂

So, I want to hear from you, my fellow warriors of life! Tell me about a time when you had a day like this...when everything just seemed to go wrong and you felt like throwing in the towel. Whether it was last week, last year or just a few hours ago, I want to hear about it! Because sometimes, knowing that someone else has been there too can make all the difference.

And let's not forget the secret ingredient that can make any bad day better...chocolate! Gotta grab life by the Lindt balls and turn s**t shows into s**t show stoppers!

When I started this business I had no idea of how lucky I would be in finding my tribe, my people, my wonderful community of warm hearted and spiritual people who have no other agenda other than to spread love and kindness. Holi hai bhai Holi hai! Actually there is a little bit of confusion this year as to when Holi is, some celebrated yesterday but the actual festival is celebrated over two days!

Holi the festival of vibrancy and colours is celebrated over two days - on the first day, known as Holika Dahan, people light bonfires to signify the victory of good over evil. On the second day, also known as Rangwali Holi or Dhulandi, people smear each other with colours, water balloons, and water guns, and exchange sweets and greetings.

So, let's get ready to paint the town red, blue, yellow, green, and every other colour under the sun! Happy Holi to all my wonderful Insta fam! 🙏🏽❤️🌈

Stop a second. Just stop. I know it's Monday morning and you're busy AF but just a moment, hear me out.

Here's the thing - when we allow ourselves to capture our whispers, we tap into a wellspring of confidence, passion, and self-esteem that we might not have even known we had. Because when we're honest with ourselves about who we are and what we want, we start to see ourselves in a whole new light.

So my message to you today is this: don't be afraid to embrace your true essence. Don't be afraid to let your passion and confidence shine through every page of your journal.
