Having to do this one in 3 parts as I can now only post 10 photos at a time. Kitchen is the first with the walls and ceiling having a mist coat first. Walls finished in Durable Matt mixed to Farrow and Ball Peignoir, ceiling in Brilliant White Emulsion and woodwork finished in Brilliant White Satin. Wallpaper supplied by customer and was sealed with Polyvine.

Bathroom in Lincoln completed last week. Ceiling had been painted by the previous owner with oil based gloss so needed sanding down then coated with Bullseye 123 and all newly plastered walls were sealed with it also. Main walls and ceiling were coated in Durable Matt mixed to Farrow and Ball Pointing. Feature wall coated in Durable Matt mixed to Farrow and Ball Red Earth. All woodwork was painted in water based Satin mixed to Farrow and Ball Pointing. Photos are before and after. Thanks for looking at this post

External completed this week. All panel painted in Sandtex Brilliant White Smooth Masonry paint. All the black Fascia, soffits and Tudor Style trim was finished in Black Satin Multi Surface Paint. Garage door finished in Crown White Gloss. Thanks for looking and your continued support.

Bedroom completed this week. Walls and ceiling coated in Benjamin Moore BEN Matte colour is Pinelands. Woodwork is Benjamin Moore Aura Eggshell in Pinelands.
Window sill and reveal painted on Benjamin Moore Aura Eggshell in colour Glowing Umber.
