How excited were we to be making Christmas clay decorations this evening (it’s never too early for Christmas 🤣)
We were so lucky to have Blue Beetle Ceramics come and guide our members on what to do, whilst running the evening. They had a choice of naughts and crosses game, Christmas Wreaths, Tree Decorations or a Penguin Pal.
We can’t wait to get the glazed finish items back, after they’ve been baked in the kiln.
Some great artistry displayed by all. 😁

This afternoon a few of our members attended the Berkshire Young Farmers’ Harvest Festival in Bisham, kindly hosted by the Windsor and Maidenhead Club.
We enjoyed a fun quiz and a lovely service where we had a think about what the word ‘harvest’ means to us, followed by some delicious cake and refreshments.

Some of our members attend Sparsholt and are loving the courses they are on. 🤩🤩🤩

We're proud to support the next generation of farmers 🌱

As part of National Federation of Young Farmers' Clubs Young Farmers' Week and to celebrate the 80th anniversary of Hampshire Young Farmers, our Farm Team has pledged to donate the equivalent value of one tonne of grain or 500 litres of milk to help support the organisation's future.

For many years, we have worked alongside Hampshire Young Farmers, supporting young people to develop skills, build confidence, make lifelong friendships and explore opportunities in agriculture and the rural industries.

Here's to 80 years of inspiring young farmers, and many more to come🎉

Great timing for our AGM, during Young Farmers Week.
What a great meeting we had, looking back over a fun filled year where our members took part in competitions, attended some great meetings at farms, racing stables and Fire Stations (to name a few) and learnt loads of cool stuff along with making friendships for life.
We presented our club trophies and also had a few county trophies to give out.
We also presented James Maunder from our nominated charity, Time to Talk, with a cheque for £190.
Definitely a great ‘Belonging’ vibe tonight.

What's it like to live in and belong to a rural community?

As part of a wider National Conversation, we want to make sure rural young people's voices are heard about what makes communities thrive.

Your (anonymised) voices will be shared with a UK-wide commission as part of the National Conversation – ensuring rural young people are heard!

Join us online on 14 October 2026, 6.30-7.30pm.
