From Flower Farming to My Smart Kitchen, a food takeaway unit located in an Enterprise Centre situated on the outskirts of Newcastle under Lyme. My name's Elaine and I was born in a Chinese takeaway and have been on the fringes of the food industry for many years. Today, I am a one person cooking in a compact kitchen unit measuring 11 meters x 3 meters. Home-cooked dishes using only locally source

d quality ingredients and proud to support British food producers. By avoiding being on the High Street and by working solo, overheads of the business are kept to a minimum. Furthermore, the advent of induction cooking means the high heat needed for the carbon steel wok "wok hei" is easily achieved whilst being energy efficient. All these savings mean we are able to produce good quality food at such competitive prices, unlike other takeaways.

​We do not use food delivery Apps, food is delivered from the kitchen straight to your door ready to enjoy. Planning a small family get together, entertaining guests or running behind and too busy/tired to cook? Simply pre-order with us to ensure your food is freshly prepared ready for your chosen delivery schedule. Just as we book a table at our favourite restaurant to avoid disappointments, bookings are advised here too. Our online menu is always open and updated frequently with special offers. So you can browse, plan and order at times that suits you. Feel free to contact us, we are always open to suggestions and request for new lines.
