Another transformation completed for a returning customer👌

We started by priming and screeding over the existing ceramic tiles to create a smooth, solid base. From there, we installed a one-tile border along with a feature strip to really frame the space and add that extra detail.

Finished off with Lx Tranquility Parquet, giving the room a clean, modern look with a classic parquet style 🔥

Transforming this space with precision! 🛠️

On this project, the previous laminate left a large, unsightly gap under the skirting boards. To fix this properly, we installed 18mm plywood followed by a feather finish to create a perfectly level, solid base and eliminate those gaps for good.

For this project, we started by preparing the subfloor with 9mm plywood to ensure a smooth and stable base throughout . We then fitted Palio by Karndean LVT in a stunning herringbone design, finished with a clean border and feature strip to really frame the space
