This has got to be one of the biggest name signs I’ve cut. This was far too big for the scroll saw, so was cut with the jigsaw, with a very narrow blade and on a super slow speed. Sanding tomorrow, customer is painting. Hope to see a few photos above the cor once it’s all done.

This is going to be a clock, so will have to alter the very centre of the castle to accommodate the clock shaft.

2 and 3 layers of 6mm MDF, and approximate 300 x 300mm

Quite excited to get this one started. Love a new project to do 😍

Time to start gluing up this Liverpool plaque. Rest of the letters will be added once they are dry 😊

Centre piece is going to be re-cut, split and painted red and white, and the bird will be re-cut to stand proud.
