On 8th and 9th August, I’ll be hosting a transformative 2-day Flower Farming Retreat at my flower farm in north Buckinghamshire. Who are we?
🌸 Roz Chandler, founder of Field Gate Flowers and champion of sustainable flower farming. Roz has 15+ years of real-world experience building a successful flower farm from the ground up. She’ll guide you through growing, cutting, pricing, and selling flowers profitably — with a no-fluff, real-life approach.
📸 Tom Coleman, creative and brand expert who will help you stand out visually and strategically. Every attendee will receive a FREE professional brand photoshoot to instantly elevate your marketing. Tom will guide you on social media and provide training on reels.
🌿 Carol Peacock of Peacock & Wild. Carol will provide hands-on sustainable floristry training during the retreat, demonstrating large installations and bouquet making - getting you involved, so you can replicate her methods in your own practice.
In addition, our guests will include a brand photographer and a propagation expert.
You’ll be surrounded by other passionate, like-minded flower farmers who get your journey — and might just become lifelong collaborators and friends.
