A little workshop update from Chupacabra! 🐁🖤

There are just four spaces left on our November mouse taxidermy workshops:

• Thursday 12th November — 1 space left
• Thursday 19th November — 3 spaces left

We’ve also added mouse workshops for:
• 3rd, 10th & 17th December
• 14th & 21st January

Plus, our one-to-one jackdaw workshop dates are available to book on the website!

We’ve made booking a bit easier too. Workshop bookings now come with a downloadable welcome pack, with everything you need before your visit: what to expect, how to find us, where to park and a skinning guide to refer back to.

If you’re booking as a Christmas present, the welcome pack gives you something to print out and pop in with your gift 🎁

Come along, learn something different and make a piece of taxidermy of your own. No experience needed—we’ll guide you through it.

Today I’ve been busy framing up some natural history prints — and a few have already found new homes! 🖼️

I also finished off a little gerbil, we’ve had some lovely pieces head out of the shop, and now we’re switching gears and getting everything ready for tonight’s pinning workshop. 🦋📌

A busy day, but exactly the kind we love. Now for an evening of pinning, chatting and creating! 🖤

🖤 WHAT TO EXPECT AT OUR PINNING WORKSHOP 🖤

Ever wondered what goes on at one of our pinning workshops? You’ll learn the basics of insect pinning and preparation, get hands-on with your own specimen, and be guided through the process from start to finish. 🦋🔬

Whether you’re completely new to entomology or already have an interest in natural history, it’s a relaxed, hands-on evening and you’ll leave with your own finished specimen to take home.
