Some bonding, patience and experience was needed to sort this job out but all sorted in a couple of days.
Haven't shown all the surfaces that needed attention, job ended up being more than first anticipated but then they usually are!

Another day at the 'office' well 4 to be precise, I must be getting old!
Here the client had a small water leak to one ceiling but as the ceiling panels were hardboard, elected to replace the whole lot with plasterboard.
From a smallish hole it quickly went to a much larger job. full removal including
coving!
For them that know, coving can be a nightmare to remove and not a pleasant job, head down and get on with it!
Left clean and tidy on to the next.

I agree that this may not pass the H&S brigade means test but I live on to plaster another day! 💪🏻

Media walls are becoming commonplace so it seems, not my 1st and doubt my last?
Customer decided on a bigger 65" TV so a little adaption was necessary (done by them) I just made good, beaded, applied pre grit and the plaster, now all's good again!
* The void above the fire is for a mantle....not me being lazy and the client didn't want me to remove the bracket as I normally would.
Not a 5 min job and with the proper preparation therefore was a two visit endeavor.
Fortunately this one was straightforward enough, there's some weird and wonderful constructions to be found out there!!
