Back in the mid to late 1990’s
Early one mid week evening , I met up with two handfuls 10 in total , on the steps of newry town hall , we are standing over water that flows under there feet .. ..
i believe this was my first time i had the opportunity to photograph a few of our communities ambassadors as they build on newry’s a political journey , some young and dare i say some old . .
When i had the chance i git am image of the three gents .. but where what background , id only a few minutes before they had to scapper .. i took them around the town hall corner , in the corner of my eye , i saw the green yews trees a symbol of old newry of strength , the white granite corners , trurdy local stone & Golden locally made brickwork.. sort accidentally made a stunning flag in a newry way ..
