Currently I am in Korea. Whenever I’m in a different country, I love exploring local markets and supermarkets, and recently I visited a medium-sized neighborhood supermarket. It was a great way to see everyday Korean food culture up close.
Someday, I may organize a small tour in Korea focused on local cuisine, food, and cooking—exploring supermarkets, traditional markets, affordable local eateries, traditional dishes, and street food.
