Another heatwave meaning we can’t be outside much 🥲 so why not do a quick job indoors with your fan?!

We often keep so many unnecessary cleaning products and it clutters our cupboards and you end up forgetting what you have and double buying.

Excluding bathroom products this is all I keep at home - so I’m challenging you to have a look through your cleaning products and see what you never use - time to pair back while we’re stuck indoors! 🧼

These containers aren’t always beneficial, but if you’re fortunate enough to have a place to store the originals then I would recommend it! Plus - how cute 🥹

I said I’d talk more about how my services can help clients struggling with ADHD in their space - here’s some of the things I can do to create a better environment for you:

* De-cluttering. Often my clients need some extra help to take that final step to get rid of something that’s no longer needed.
* Categorising. Grouping things together and finding homes for them that are accessible and if possible - visible (tidily!) so they don’t get forgotten.
* Creating homes and systems for your things - this is often the biggest challenge for people but the best way to ensure a space stays clear.
* Listening to how you use a space, what you struggle with and implementing these things tailored to YOU 💙
