Me! This is a huge step and way outside my comfort zone! - only taken 59 years…😂 So this is me. Apart from family and two annoying cats, and of course just over 19 years playing with clay (as my Husband describes it). I have a passion for fitness. Specifically weight lifting. I’m posting this here because I’d like to add a highlight based around strength training. If anyone has any advice around weight lifting please feel free to comment below. It would be very welcome 😊 A bit of background, I’ve been lifting progressively for almost 2 years consistently. 4 times a week. Bench and dumbbells/cable machine and just a couple of machines. Lots of pulled muscles along the way. Thinking of starting my own page as a non-pt but terrified of doing so. Mainly as I’d have to put my face out there. I’m having a little cat envy today. I have two cats. Daisy’s favourite pastime is cat tv. This is Frank - I would love to swop places with him today. He has literally not moved since 8am. Just occasionally I need to ‘Be more Frank! ‘😊🐾 I’m here on and off this weekend, so if any queries come in please don’t think I’ve disappeared.
