Two teddy bears. Two families. Generations of love 🧸🤍

The first bear was brought to me by a grandad, lovingly repaired for his granddaughter — ready for a lot more years of love.

The second is Big Head. He’s been part of his owner’s life since she was a little girl, over 60 years ago. When she got him back, she told me her husband now places him on the bed at night — and when she wakes, she cuddles Big Head and sleeps better again.

These aren’t just toys. They hold comfort, memories, and a lifetime of love.
It’s a real privilege to repair and restore them with care, keeping their character and their stories intact 🪡✨

I was contacted recently by someone claiming to be giving away a Bernina 770 QE sewing machine in memory of their late son. While it sounded like a kind gesture, it appears to be part of a scam that targets sewing professionals and hobbyists through public business contact details.

Please be cautious if you receive a similar message. These scams often seem genuine at first but may eventually ask for shipping fees or personal info.

Safety tips:

Don’t send money or shipping costs.
Avoid sharing personal details.
Report the message as spam or phishing if in doubt.
