Part 3 from the bungalow. More preparation, a new radiator for the master bedroom and the plastering has started.

Part 2 at the bungalow. Making good progress clearing the place, started the gardens too. We are now preparing the ceilings for plastering with new boards throughout.

Part 6 and COMPLETE! 5 weeks to turn this one around. With a fresh electric certificate and a full clean up the property is now ready for carpets and some new owners to enjoy!

It took some serious labour this one! 'Me' back's in bits!'

Part 1 of our next refurbishment. This time includes removal of all contents and full strip & prep for a fresh look. We also remove old gas wall heaters and have additional radiators fitted. Then we tackle the gardens!

Part 5 - This property is now taking shape. The floor is down and paint is on, gutters cleared, pointing done and just the woodwork to paint and a good clean down to sort now!
