Many people will have seen on the news today the commercial unit next door to us has suffered a serious fire today.
Firstly I would like to reasure our customers that we have been incredibly lucky and our business will be very much unaffected.
Unfortunately our long time neighbours and friends at Scandia have been hit very hard, our thoughts are with them.
They are a good, strong local company and I have no doubt they will get through this difficult time and continue to thrive. We will certainly be on hand to help in any way we can.
Nobody was hurt and all the other businesses were saved thanks to the absolutely 1st class Norfolk Fire and Rescue Their speed, knowledge and professionalism was incredible and we cannot thank them enough. Thanks also to the Norfolk Constabulary and East of England Ambulance Service who also had a strong presence.
Apologies to any customers who may have not been able to access us today, hopefully you can understand, service will be fully resumed at 7.30 tomorrow morning.

The Switch Latch allows you to keep your Rockdoor temporarily on the latch — perfect for daily tasks such as popping out to the front garden, unloading the car, or taking out the bins.

Simply flip the small switch located on the centre of the door frame to engage or disengage the latch.

When the switch is in the up position, your door will stay on the latch when you close it, meaning it won’t fully lock, and can open and close freely.

Switch it down, and it goes back to standard operation — automatically locking each time you close the door for full security.

It’s one of those clever, convenient touches that makes every Rockdoor even more user-friendly.
