Sorry for being so MIA on here 😪 Life has been super busy, but the etsy shop has been ticking away and your orders have been SO appreciated these last few months ❤ So thank you all from the bottom of my little emo heart 🖤

I'm a one man band, and I am taking a social media "break" in January for lots of reasons, but it means I won't be around to update this page for the next few weeks. I will be adding some new products to the Etsy shop in January though so make sure you add my etsy shop to your favourites so that you don't miss out! 😉

It's world vegan day! 🌎 🐷 🌿

As a business we're committed to always being 100% vegan and cruelty free 🐰

In my day to day life I also eat a vegan diet, for many reasons of which I'm always happy to chat about if you'd like to! 👍

Today is also a super special day for me personally as a paper that I co-authored with some other amazing people was released today! It's titled Vegan faces in anthroparchal spaces: Student reflections on educational experiences of veganism in nutritional sciences, and it can be found in the vegan journal of sociology 🐣 GO TEAM!! 💕

So today is world mental health day, why is this important?

Highlighting the importance of mental health is something very important to me personally, for a number of reasons. Having a day to highlight the importance of mental health and giving people the opportunity to speak up about their own experiences really will help others in similar situations. Sadly there is still so much stigma surround mental health and mental health problems, so speaking up and sharing your experiences (if you feel comfortable in doing so) really does make a difference 💕

It's also important to show those in power that we need the funding in our health system (well and in general) for mental health services to be more widely available and less stretched. Sadly our system is often leaving people with no other choice but to take themselves to A&E in times of crisis, when their crisis may well have been avoidable if they'd been able to access the help and support they needed in the time leading up to that point.
