Our workshops before our summer break are almost fully booked - but we have a few spaces remaining on our ever popular Ink & Watercolour Workshop with the wonderfully talented Sarah Sutton before we pause so you still have the chance to join us!

Perfect for all skill levels, this session we'll be covering beach huts . This fully guided evening workshop will help you create your own charming seaside-inspired artwork using ink and watercolour techniques.

It's time to look in those lofts again! We'll be welcoming Irita Marriott Auctioneers and Valuers Ltd back to Angel Emporium for another free antiques and collectibles valuation morning on Friday 8th May.
If you have items at home you’re curious about - from jewellery and ceramics to general collectibles - this is a great opportunity to receive expert advice, discover their potential value, and even enter them into auction if you wish.
No appointment is necessary - simply bring along your items on the day.

✨ Upcoming Workshops in May at Angel Emporium! ✨
We have a few spaces left for our two lovely workshops this May! Come join us for a creative, relaxing evening of crafting, tea, and cake. Perfect for anyone looking to unwind, meet new people, and explore their creative side.

Punch Needle Workshop - Thursday 7th May, 6pm - 8.30pm
Learn the calming art of punch needle embroidery. Create a beautiful decorative piece to take home, and choose from charming designs. No experience needed - just come and enjoy the fun!

Slow Stitching Workshop - Thursday 14th May, 6pm - 8.30pm
Enjoy a mindful evening of slow stitching. Using vintage fabrics and threads, you'll create a unique hand-stitched art piece. It’s all about taking things slow and enjoying the process!

Both workshops include a hot/cold drink and a slice of cake (or a similar treat!).

All materials are provided.
Pre-booking is essential.

It’s a relaxing textile craft where you use a special needle tool to “punch” loops of yarn through fabric, creating beautifully textured designs - a bit like painting with wool! Guided by Flossie&Bean, you’ll learn the basics and create your own decorative piece to take home. Perfect for beginners and anyone looking for a calming, creative evening. I’m so pleased to announce that I’ve teamed up with Angel Emporium to run my ‘Introduction to Slow Stitching’ workshop on Thursday 14th May 6pm-8.30pm. We will be exploring how you can use stitch in a mindful way to slow down and enjoy the process of hand stitching. Using vintage and reclaimed textiles, you will be encouraged to create a beautiful collaged art piece. This workshop is ideal for beginners or anyone wanting to try their hand at slow stitching. Two years ago, we opened our doors for the very first time - and what an lovely journey it’s been! A huge thank you to all the local creatives, businesses, community groups, and customers who have welcomed us and supported our creative journey along the way.

We hope you’ve come away feeling inspired, with plenty of new techniques, tips, and creative confidence to carry into your own artistic journey. It’s been such a joy to see your progress and to share these peaceful, creative moments together.
