I am pleased to announce I am adding baby clothing to our range of vinyl decals. These are iron on decals and come in options of baby sleep suits, short sleeved or long sleeved vests. I could even put them on a blanket as well. Can't wait to show you what else is coming in this range soon

I hope 2025 brings people a year of beautiful memory making, success and a year full of love, joy and peace

Good morning, Happy Tuesday and Happy new years eve everyone.

It's a early start for me today, woke up coughing as I am ending 2024 with tonsillitis. This has got me thinking more about my health, immune system and well being.

2025 I am going to up my game on ways I can help these issues. I've been researching natural remedies, spoke with my GP about supplements they would recommend to help and got an appointment with a dietitian to discuss my digestive system.

Did you know around 80% of your immunity system is in my digestuve system?

Shocking isn't it, this explains a lot for why I have a weak immune system as I have also have a porr gut health. So 2025 is about prebiotics, probiotics and healthy fibres to help improve my gut and digetive sytem health along with vitamins and minerals, omega 3 and glucosamine.

Whats your number 1 goal for 2025?

Today is day 1 of a 21 day Wellosophy journey

During these 21 days I will be focusing on health and well being. I can't wait to see the difference in my face and stomach area.

Prebiotics, probiotics, multivitamins and minerals for women, omega 3, soup, shake, skin care and astaxanthin and bilberry. Fulling my body with goodness.
