Welcome to Clark Flooring Co. (previously Southglade Carpets Ltd).

Established in 1986, we are a family run business with a wealth of knowledge in the carpet and flooring industry, serving Nottingham and the surrounding areas. Our team of professional fitters are highly experienced in the installation of all types of domestic and commercial flooring, and are certified Master Installers of Luxury Vinyl Tiles, Laminate and Parquet flooring.

Karndean UK & Ireland Van Gogh Milanese Slate VGT2420 installed to our client's recently renovated kitchen 🍴

Laid in a classic brickbond pattern, this dryback LVT gives the look of natural slate, while offering a practical and hard wearing finish perfect for well used areas of the home.

We completed the installation with 3mm DS10 lacing strips and Stairrods UK Ltd Premium trims in Brushed Chrome, adding those small finishing details that make all the difference ✨️

We recently installed Kahrs UK Oulanka dryback LVT throughout our clients' hallway, dining room and lounge, creating a beautiful, continuous flow throughout the home.

With its natural tones, timeless 457 x 102mm herringbone plank size and 0.55mm wear layer, it combines style with the durability needed for everyday life.

The existing bitumen subfloor required careful preparation, which we carried out using ARDEX UK CL+, creating a smooth, even base ready for the flooring installation ✨️

A fresh new look for our clients' conservatory ☀️

We recently transformed this room using Amtico Flooring Spacia Pale Ash dryback LVT, creating a warm, natural finish that works beautifully with the light filled space.

The flooring was installed over our clients' recently fitted underfloor heating, with LVT being a great choice for spaces with UFH.

As with every LVT installation, achieving the right subfloor is key to a great finished result. We first primed the subfloor using ARDEX UK P51, followed by K40HB screed, creating a smooth, even and suitable base before laying the LVT.

A beautiful transformation for one of our latest installations, featuring INVICTUS Flooring 💪🏻 Maximus Highland Oak Classic in a timeless 4 x 16" dryback herringbone LVT.

Our clients chose to continue the flooring throughout their porch, hallway, under stairs cupboard, kitchen, utility and downstairs toilet, creating a warm flow from the front to the back of their home 🏡

With its beautiful colour and hard wearing qualities, this flooring is particularly well suited to a busy family home, with a 0.55mm wear layer providing added durability for everyday life.

Another moment for this stunning hallway flooring ⭐️

Our customers combined three beautiful shades from the Amtico Flooring Signature collection - Stucco Huckleberry, Stucco Nutmeg and Stucco Quartz, creating this timeless checkerboard design.

The combination of soft neutral tones with the muted blue adds so much character to this hallway, while complementing the existing oak woodwork beautifully.
