We’re heading to the Market in this Saturday.

We’re taking a whole new collection of fun statement earrings along with us this Saturday, 31st, 10am - 2pm. (If you can’t make it we’ll be back on Sunday 8th Nov too)!

Juno has been busy helping assemble lots of fun mirrored acrylic creatures into wearable art. We have parrots, tigers, sloths, giraffes, fish, lizards, foxes, squirrels, cats, hummingbirds, armadillos and more! Perfect for gifts or added colour to your wardrobe.

We’ll also be taking all our usual kits (including the new ghosts & lots of festive designs), loose charms, sterling silver and other handmade jewellery, hopefully we’ll see you there!

These gorgeous rustic ceramic beads 👉 look just like Pumpkins, so of course we have to create earrings with them adding beaded vines and a little leaf.
They also look great on our new stainless steel ear hooks - simple & elegant!

This pattern was designed by our lovely Angela. Her fun beaded Ghost design utilises netting techniques, glass Seed Beads and Nylon thread to create a family of 3D Ghosts. Perfect for display or to turn into jewellery!

We have Opaque White - for the classic sheet adorned Ghost. As well as a more ethereal Crystal AB - shimmery translucent “was that a ghost” Ghost. 👻

The kit comes with everything you need to make 1 larger and 2 smaller ghosts as well as full instructions. The pattern is available as an instant PDF download, so for those of you who can’t wait to get stash ‘Ghost’ busting you can start straight away. Or we can print and post it to you.

These lovely glass rondelle candy beads are so pretty 😍

We’ve just added them to the website 😃
All the lovely colours are available individually as well as in a mix!

They have a subtle translucent milky effect which means when you put them with dark or pale colours it gives them very different vibes (swipe across ➡️) we’ve made 2 bracelets, one with opaque black (size 5 seed bead) spacers and the other with pearl ivory to show you.

Eek - I messed up sending out our newsletter!

I’m still getting used to a new platform, so I scheduled it, thought nothing more of it, until I went to write the next one and found it sat there, scheduled but still in ‘draft’ form - oops 😬!

We’d been so busy lately with events, staff illness and keeping up with everything that none of us noticed 🫣! I’d been disappointed that our lovely new Bugle beads hadn’t gone down as well as we’d hoped…

I was relieved when a customer got in touch, worried they’d missed the newsletter, which was very sweet, but we could assure them it was just human error!

Anyway the newsletter was sent out (I doubled checked) just a week late, with a link to a new blog post full of bugle bead inspiration as there was too much to fit into the newsletter 😄

And yesterday customers popped into the shop as a result of seeing the new light turquoise bugle beads in the newsletter 😅

This is also my new favourite so I made up one of our Festive Snowflake decorations in it... what do you think.... potential limited edition colourway for Christmas 2026?

New Limited edition kit colour ways for our Netted Rivoli Diamond kits!

These have always been a popular design in our kit collection which makes it really frustrating that the Rivolis are now discontinued! So once these kits have sold out, that’s it!

We have Crystal AB with Silver lined Aqua seed beads & Violet with Silver Lined Crystal.

I think we’re safe in saying we all need a little more whimsy in our lives, anything that can raise a smile can really lift your mood, and everyone who’s seen our new addition to the Umbrella pendants collection has instantly smiled! They’re bright and colourful and most definately fun. What could be more whimsical... how about earrings with colourful umbrellas AND cute ghosts!?

After the success of our August soft re-launch of our Craft Social Hana and Angela are back with 2 new dates for September!

In the September sessions you’ll have the option of joining Angela for this months Mini Make to learn even count Pe**te Stitch to create your own beaded ring. Or bring along your own project for a fun social atmosphere, whether that’s beading, embroidery, knitting, sketching, crochet or whatever you have on the go. We’ll have the workshop room on our first floor open, as well as our making space at the back of our ground floor shop.

Tickets are £8.00 they include a Hot or Cold drink and cake of your choice. There is no additional charge for the Mini Make activity.

You will also recieve 10% discount on any items you’d like to purchase at the event.

Sometimes it’s hard to get a sense of scale with beadwork, so hopefully this helps!

These lovely blooms are the first 4 kits in our Flower Jewellery collection, all of which can be turned into with a ring, pendant or brooch! There will be more… ideas are forming already, but do let us know which other flowers you’d like to see in our collection in the future!
