Due to all of our items being handmade and mainly cut from wood there is usually a 3-4 week dispatch time. We work our best to get your keepsakes to you as soon as possible, however if you are ordering for a special occasion please contact us first to ensure we are able to get your order to you in time. Our items come in all different sizes and are often available in smaller and larger versions. P
lease check the size of the item before ordering as in photos items can appear larger or smaller than they actually are. We can't be held responsible for any items you receive that you believed would be bigger/smaller. We usually state the size of our items but if you are ever unsure please contact us before ordering. As with all handmade items each item is unique and comes with its own little imperfections. If you are unhappy with any purchasing please contact us within 14 days of receiving for a full refund or replacement.
