A worthwhile bank holiday as Mrs Gp decided that the workshop was that bad she needed to sort it. She’s done an excellent job as I can now get in and also use the work bench again! Whilst she was inside I was outside sorting out the wood store and lean to (also rather bad). I then found time and space to make up this nice little coat board out of a piece of ash I found

So at the Sherwood wood festival the other week we ran out of leather stamping keyrings and bracelets. Before the event I knew I’d bought some leather…..could I find it.. no I bloody couldn’t. I even got cross with myself that I’d lost it. Ordered some more after the event…..found the first lot 🤦! Oh well for the next few evenings i will be cutting, punching and putting the fixings on the next lot for our next outing.

A bit delayed posting, but I just wanted to share that the Mrs Grizzleypaw and the younger grizzleys did an amazing job over the weekend at the Sherwood Forest woodland festival. They were incredibly busy both days running the leather stamping, they made up over 200 over the two days! Thanks to everyone who had a go, said hello or even purchased something else.

And a massive shout out to the Sherwood Forest Trust team for all their hard work in pulling the event off

Ok so I did manage to get some stock made up yesterday. And I’ve also got a few door stops to finish sanding so some progress was made 🤣

I’ve not spent a huge amount of time making this year, well I have but not for Gpd stock. Which as we’ve not done any big shows this year is not a massive worry, however we’ve got the Sherwood woodland festival next weekend, so it’s a last minute scramble to get some more walkies boards and door stops made up. As well as making up some site signage for the event as well(it is organised by the day job)
