From one small business to another we just wanted to say ‘thank you very much’ this sort of customer service is what every company should strive towards!

These guys organized, designed, put together and delivered the world's biggest bouquet of stunning flowers within 20 hours! You made us and our friend extremely happy. Your service and price was equally exceptional.

If you need to tell anyone you love them we highly recommend this company.

Due to Adam having exams for his gas course, Gem being poorly, Jamie having more jobs than time on top of it being half term and our sons Rugby training this eve we have made the decision to close the showroom today at 3pm.

With all the will and childcare in the world we unfortunately we are people and parents first and need a couple of hours this afternoon to make ends meet which we're sure all working parents can appreciate.

We will be back to all appointments tomorrow and in the showroom for business as usual, thankyou in advance and apologies for any inconvenience.

People of Beeston and surrounding areas be warned!

A gang selling counterfeit Mr Kipling Bakewell tarts have been arrested! A police spokesman said they were exceedingly good fakes.😳

17/09/2026

We have taken the decision to close today due to the lack of access and noise around the showroom due to the essential works.

Please email us and we will get in touch if you made the journey and we were closed and we will arrange a survey.

Regards

The Team

👀 who’s read the headlines? 👀

Not that we think the tabloids are full of 💩 but for the last few years we’ve read nonsense headlines about 🪵 🔥 and banning the beautiful black box of happiness we all lovingly stare at all winter so here’s the facts!

Before anyone else messages us, I am well aware of the picture of me in the shower that is going around on FB.

It was posted accidentally and we can't get it removed! To be honest at this point I don't really care anymore. 😕

I posted the picture in the comments to save you all from having to search for it. People can't embarrass Me, I'm so much stronger than this!

💃 😠

This customer was a self confessed Grump 😠 but once we’d replaced her inefficient gas fire 🔥 with a new high powered one with easy to use side controls she had to go to the kitchen to do a ‘happy dance 💃’

So

If you are living with a poorly performing gas fire and want a new one, now is the time to get in touch
